Vic Cherikoff and I appeared on a Saturday morning show called Haredoki which is broadcast on the CBC network in Nagoya. Haredoki is apparently one of the most popular shows on CBC and we had a fun time while at the studio. Our segment was literally just two minutes and provided a range of tasting from the Hilton. These included wattleseed crocodile, kangaroo fillet and wattleseed pavlova with rosella confit.
As the segment was so short we already had the dishes prepared. Vic cooked a Wattleseed Crocodile with a passionfruit sauce and I cooked Seared Kangaroo fillet with Japanese mushrooms and a mountain pepper sauce. The episode was organised by the Hilton Nagoya to promote the Hotel Food Promotion at the Hilton Nagoya from the 8 -15th July.
