This morning Vic Cherikoff and I were invited along to ABC Radio Darwin interview with Richard Margetson. Richard hosts the nine to midday show and often features local well-known and not so well-known Territorians as well as guests from across Australia. His reach goes to all of Darwin and surronding areas as well as down to Alice Springs.
During the 15 minute interview this morning we talked about our up coming cruise on the Regent Seven Seas as well as our TV cooking show Dining Downunder. We also discussed and tasted some of the local native ingredients which we have found along our travels in Darwin as well as some of Vic’s unique Australian ingredients.
Everyone must have been feeling a little bit green.
