This would have to be the best cookbook pre-sale website I have ever seen. It’s rather simple and straight to the point and for me has certainly set the bar to a new height. The book is called Alinea Book by Chicago chef Grant Achatz and the website is www.alineabook.com. The book isn’t for sale for sometime (Fall 2008 – so over a year away). Pre ordering also allows you access to the Alina Mosaic website, www.alinea-mosaic.com
