Black Truffle Farm

About 20 minute north of Canberra is the Blue Frog Truffle Farm run by Wayne Haslam. For the past two years, Wayne has been growing black truffles for the Canberra restaurants. During one of the truffles hunts over winter, Wayne invited me to experience how truffles are grown and found by the use of the truffle dogs.
