Given the World Cup soccer match between Australia and Japan there was general interest in all things Australian, so we were asked Monday morning to be interviewed on CBC radio’s Report Driver program. We were interviewed by Ms. Kawamura who is really funny to say the least and has a tremendous about of energy. Vic cooked a wattleseed crocodile with a passionfruit sauce and I cooked seared kangaroo fillet with Japanese mushrooms and a mountain pepper bbq sauce.
Becoming a powerful new media platform is blogs and two radio personalities we met here in Japan published short articles on their blogs. Dale from Zip FM wrote about our food festival here and Ms. Kawamura from CBC radio wrote here about her interview.
I would once again like to thank the PR team at the Hilton Hotel and look forward to working with them again next year.
