I’ve been on Twitter for ages with both my own accounts @chefben for food related stuff and my company @gourmetads for food and wine advertising. It’s a great platform for communicating and having a conversation with people you follow and don’t follow! Make sure that you follow both of my accounts.

Anyway, in order to help chefs find other chefs and people find celebrity chefs on twitter I thought I’d do a quick blog about chefs on Twitter. It seems there are a lot of fake accounts of celebrity chefs on twitter, so I’ve tried very hard to validate each of them. There are actually more chefs from the Food Network than I thought there would be. Let me know if you know of any other Celebrity Chefs on Twitter that you find.

Other Celebrity Chefs I’d like to see on Twitter include Gordon Ramsay, Rachael Ray, Duff Goldman, Mario Batali, Sandra Lee, Alton Brown, Nigella Lawson and Ted Allen to just name a few. There is no doubt that chefs that embrace this platform will be able to communicate and talk to their fans easier than any other channel.
