Before every long haul flight, I always browse through Apple’s Podcast directory looking for something different to listen to during the flight. Having an ipod video, I can also play vodcasts as well which are great, apart from business and news podcasts, I always have a look for what chefs are podcasting.
Here is a snap shot of the podcasts on my ipod which are definitely worth downloading.

American Express Food and Wine Podcast called the The Chef Series is co-produced by Food & Wine Magazine in the USA as well as American Express Productions and features cooking classes from the 2006 Annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado.

Jamie Oliver podcast is a combination of podcasts and vodcasts as each one is filmed as well. Jamie presents his cooking advice as well as many how-tos and tips to create the perfect dish.

Chef Michael Colameco is well known for hosting Food Talk which airs on WOR weekdays from 11am till midday and from 10am to midday on weekends. the Podcasts includes interviews and cooking tips from Food Talk.
