Recently while in Mclaren Vale I dropped into Fino Restaurant in Willunga to meet owner chef, David Swain. With the Willunga Farmers market literally outside the door, Fino Restaurant serves the freshest produce on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Best described as Mediterranean Cuisine, chef David creates a unique menu for every guest.
While at Fino Restaurant, David prepared for me his famous duck recipe which consisted of a pan seared duck breast with beetroot confit, French lentils and steamed greens.
