Everyone is saying these days that video is the next killer application on the internet and nearly every day I receive an email from the next Food TV website inviting me to upload my cooking videos to their new website. Unfortunately I already run my own food TV channel on Joost called the Australian Food TV Channel, but apart from major networks like Joost there are a growing number of websites dedicated to streaming Food TV.

Most of the content on these food TV websites is filmed by home cooks or budding TV chefs, and all in all there is some interesting content. If you’re looking for Mexican Foods, Italian Foods or Australian Food, there is certainly a great cross section of cuisines on these food TV websites.

iFood TV
iFood.tv is a video community of food TV lovers and has food-related information, training and entertainment served by the community for the community.

Taste TV
Launched in 2004, TasteTV was the first on demand and online video food, wine and lifestyle network, with exciting and delicious programs ranging from chocolate, wine, restaurants, recipes and chefs to lifestyles, travel, fashion & design.

iFoods TV
iFoods allows you to upload your own videos, develop your profile and prove your culinary genius to everyone. iFoods TV also offers viewers professional videos from chefs Niall Harbison and Pieter Plaetinck.

Real Meals
REALMEALS.TV has video recipes prepared by real people at home as well as professional chefs in restaurants, called Promeals. Many videos are hosted by the REALMEALS team; Allison Fishman, Jean Tang and Jeff Lepine.

Sydney Food TV

Sydney Food TV is a restaurant guide with a difference, it has all the usual things including menu’s, maps and stunning pictures, but where Sydney Food TV differs from all the other guide’s is that they provide a full screen video, including an interview with the chef or owner, which is designed to help you make up your own mind, if you would like to dine at each particular restaurant.

Group Recipes TV
Part of the Group Recipes social recipe website by Kristopher Lederer, Group Recipes TV allows you to create your own Food TV Show with its recipe. Ability to search and navigate by tags.
