To promote the Australian Cuisine Event by Dining Downunder at the Hyatt Regency Guam, both Vic & myself were invited to K57 Radio with hosts Ray Gibson & Patti Arroyo on the Breakfast Show. Originally we were scheduled for just a 7 minute interview, but we ended up staying over 40 minutes.
During the interview we explain the Australian native ingredients on the menu, what the hell Barramundi is and where the heck Illawarra Plum comes from plus more.After all the inspiration and food discussion on the show, Ray & Patti couldn’t help but join us later that day at the Hyatt for lunch.
