This week my business associate and co-host from Dining Downunder, Australian native food specialist,
Vic Cherikoff launched his new online store.
Located at www.cherikoff.net/shop the new shop offer home cooks and professional chefs the convenience of being able to buy ingredients such as Wattleseed, wild fruit confit, herbs, spices and paperbark products at the click of a mouse and have them delivered anywhere in the world.
Apart from just native Australian ingredients, The Dining Downunder Cookbook which I wrote with Vic is available as well as other books and ebooks. “The success of the television cooking show, Dining Downunder™, which is currently broadcasting in 40 countries on the ABC Asia Pacific, has created strong demand for Cherikoff Australian ingredients. During November alone, we have shipped product into 11 countries, onto a cruise ship and 2 airlines. Our next step is to add the food service range to the shop in the New Year and ship to customers from the nearest distributor globally. We also have an indigenous New Zealand product range to launch.” commented Vic.
