After hosting an Australian Cuisine event in Phuket, Thailand the The Weekend Australian Newspaper asked me about one of the recipes I did which was a Kangaroo Larb Salad. Writer Helen O’Neil also asked me about the future of Australian food overseas, they also presented my Paperbark wrapped Barramundi and Wattleseed Pavlova recipes.
