I’ll be heading to the USA in January attending the 32nd Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, from 21 – 23 January 2007. I will be showcasing all of Vic Cherikoff’s native Australian products such herbs, spices, seasonings, fruit confits, sauces along with the newly developed Rainforest Mist which are all available from our online store.
The Winter Fancy Food Show gives exhibitors the chance to profile their products to thousands and thousands of attendees from specialty food, wine, give and department stores, supermarkets, restaurants, mail-order and other food related businesses.
The attendees come to see more than a thousand exhibitors from around the world, presenting more than 100,000 specialty foods to discover and sample. Business booms at these trade-only shows in a unique decision-maker to decision-maker environment. An impressive 87% of all attendees either authorize or recommend purchasing decisions.
