The aims of the Emirates Culinary Guild are to encourage and inspire junior chefs, enhance the culinary prestige of the United Arab Emirates and to encourage people to consider a culinary career. The Emirates Culinary Guild sponsors a number of competitions including two Junior Chef of the Year live-cookery competitions. It also participates in the Dubai Shopping Festival and the Dubai Summer Surprises promotion.
