Australian Black Truffle
Here is a great Australian black truffle about 120g in size cleaned free of soil. Some people asked what do black truffles smell like and the funniest answer I heard while on the farm was “Old Sock and Sex”. But really they have a very elegant mushroom aroma which when imparted into most cooking styles totally enhances the dish.
