Chips and Mayo in Amsterdam
I stopped in Amsterdam for a few days with my good friends Greg and Fran who took me to visit Amsterdam’s most famous “Patate Frites” stand - Vlaamse Friteshuis. This traditional Dutch snack of chips and mayo (referred to as Patat met) is very different to the Australian tradition of tomato sauce with your chips.
