If you normally chop or use a garlic press, then throw it away.
I was recently sent a Garlic Zoom from the guys at Chef’n and it’s great. All you do is pop the peeled garlic into the Garlic Zoom, and then roll it across the bench and you’ve got perfectly chopped garlic.
The secret to the Garlic Zoom is the 4 strategically placed stainless steel blades that chop the garlic in side the Garlic Zoom. I went through a whole garlic bulb playing with it and testing and to my surprise it didn’t mush it up too much. The blades remove for cleaning and the whole lot is top-rack dishwasher-safe.
