During my visit to the McLaren Vale region in South Australia, I caught up with Sam Temme from Lloyd Brothers Wine & Olive Company to learn about how they produce their stunning range of olive oils. While at Lloyd Brothers vineyard, we recorded a video just outside their cellar door.
During the video we talk about the process of cold pressing olives, the taste difference between different olive varieties as well as how the origin of the olives contributes to the overall flavour of the olive oil.
Apart from olive oil, Lloyd Brothers produces a wide range of wines (particularly Shiraz) as well range of gourmet food products such as olives, olive pastes, pestos, shiraz jams and sauces.
