Here is the wombat promotional video which was developed for the Touch and Taste Australia event at the Corinthia Towers Hotel Prague from the 18th to the 25th of March 2004. I was one of the Australian chefs that hosted the event which was reported to be the largest ever culinary event held in the Czech Republic since the countries independence in 1993.
